Crafted from cast iron, the dish has a hard-wearing, chip-resistant enamel and a sand coloured interior for superior visibility. With 45% larger easy grip handles, the dish’s impervious enamel interior will not absorb colours, flavours or odours so is excellent for marinating and storing food.
Suitable for all hobs, including induction, in the oven, under the grill, the dish is freezer and dishwasher safe. It comes with a tight-fitting lid that features Le Creuset's iconic rings, the famous logo and a stainless steel knob.
